art.1
There will be 3 groups with 5 teams each. Every team will compete with every other team. Duration of each match: 15 minutes. There will be no change of sides.
The winners of the three groups and the best second placed team will be in the semi-finals. In the semi-finals, the winner of group A will meet the winner of group B, the winner of group C will meet the best second placed team. If the best second placed team is in group C you have the following semi-finals: winner group A – winner group C and winner Group B – best second placed team
There will be no prolongation in the semi-finals or in the matches for places 3 and 4. If there is a draw, the decision will be immediately brought about by 9-m penalties. A prolongation of 2x3 minutes is only possible in the final match.
art. 2
Every player who was born after January 1 st 1992 and who is permitted to play for his club by his football Association, is automatically entitled to participate in the tournament. Player Passes are compulsory. Players of foreign teams who do not have any Player Passes have to show an official document (i.e. Passport). The football association of Württemberg emphasises that players with no passes are not permitted to participate.
art. 3
Number of players. 4 players, 1 goalkeeper. Up to 15 players can be nominated. You can change fly-ing. On both tournament days, all players must be listed on the Green Players Card which will be forwarded to the participating clubs by the tournament organiser. You have to hand this Players Card together with the Player passes to the tournament supervisor no later than 30 minutes before the beginning of the first match. Players, who have been listed on the Green Players Card and who have shown their Player Passes, are members of the team and must follow the referee’s instructions.
art. 4
The games will be played according to the regulations of the Football Association of Württemberg. Fairness and good behaviour of players and coaches is extremely important.
art. 5
> Players can be substituted as frequently as wanted and whenever as wanted.
> The Gaildorf in-door playing field features a skating-rink-type barrier. If the ball is going out of bounds at the side line, he must be rolled inside.
> Off-side rule is not in effect.
art. 6
lf after the qualification two or more teams are tied, the following criteria will determine which team will go on:
> goal average
> goals scored
> goals recived
lf two or more teams are still tied, the winner will be deter-mined by a penalty shoot out.
art. 7
For the rankes places 5 to 15 a "penalty shoot-out" will decide about the winner. For the shoot-out the executing players and the goalkeeper have to respect the following regulation.
Each team in turn has 5 tries. lf after that there is still no decision the penalty shoot-out continues until there is a decision. During the execution of the shoot-out the goal-keeper of the executing team has to stay out-side the penalty area without interfering in any way. The player is only allowed to shoot once. lf the goal-keeper touches the ball so that the ball cannot enter the goal by itself, no goal is scored and the action is completed. lf the ball, after being touched or saved by the goal-keeper, enters the goal, then the goal is valid. The player is not allowed to play the ball if the goal-keeper has touched it.
art. 8
A player that is sent off the field (red card) is automatically dis-qualified for the tournament. If the
player is sent of with time penalty he can come back after two minutes. It is not given another
player the permission to play during this time.
art. 9
The organizers do not bear responsibility any for accidents du-ring the tournament and the financial consequences arising there from. Each team is responsible for its own accident insurance.
We are not liable for valuable lost.
Special indoor boots must be used.
art. 10
The players are to wear the same number throughout the tournament.
